does Stork have?
More than 50. These are divided among the groups Aerospace; Food

4. What is Stork’s
position in relation to sustainable business?
Stork complies with the applicable legislation and common practice. In view
of our current priorities we consider this to be acceptable at the present
time. In a later phase we will place the emphasis on embedding the
sustainability policy on a company wide basis and developing a central policy
in the various sustainability attention areas.
5. What is Stork’s
position in relation to defence?
Stork has no objection to making a contribution to systems that are used by
the armed forces of the Netherlands or by those of countries with which the
Netherlands maintains good relations.
Within our defence-related activities we do not develop and supply complete
defence systems: we make a contribution to the systems produced by third
parties.
6. To whom can open

7. To whom can
sponsorship requests be sent?
We follow a number of guidelines in our sponsorship policy. To be eligible
for sponsoring a project must comply with the following requirements:
· Projects must not have an increased risk profile
· Projects must be linked to advanced technology
· Projects must not be of a political or religious nature
· No sponsoring is undertaken of study travel or parties
If your project complies with these guidelines, you can send your written
sponsorship application by e-mail or letter.

9. What was the net result of Stork in 2006?
Stork achieved a turnover of more than € 2 billion in 2006 with 12,700
employees. The net result was € 150 million.
10. Which accounting standards
does Stork follow in drawing up its financial statements?
Stork follows the method prescribed by the Dutch ‘Raad van de
Jaarverslaggeving’ (Council for Annual Reporting).
This complies with the generally accepted principles for financial reporting
in the Netherlands, and complies with the legislative requirements for annual
accounts as laid down in Section 9, Book 2 of the Netherlands Civil Code. As
from book year 2005 we followed the IFRS (International Financial
Reporting Standards).
11. On which stock exchanges are
Stork shares listed?
Stork shares are listed in the ‘Next Prime’ segment of the
Euronext 150. The shares were also listed on the stock exchanges in Germany
and Switzerland, but these listings were ended during 2004.
12. When will the
next meeting of shareholders be held?
The next General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on 7 March 2008.
13. When does Stork publish
its quarterly and half-year results?
First quarter results 2007: 26 April 2007;
Half-year results 2007: 25 July 2007;
Third quarter 2007: 24 October 2007;
Annual results 2007: 30 January 2007.

auditor?
The financial statements for 2006 were audited by KPMG
accountants.
17. How can I be placed on the mailing
list for financial information?
We currently provide no mailing list for financial information.
18. Does Stork issue options to
its management?
Share options have been granted to the members of the Board of Management and
directors. This is a total of 70 employees. These options give the holders
the right to purchase Stork shares, subject to restricted terms of exercise.

19. What is the dividend
history over the last 4 years?
In recent years Stork has paid a dividend of on average 40% of the
operational result of the strategic activities. In 2006 Stork has paid a
dividend of € 1.10. Stork’s policy will be focused on
achieving increasing dividend returns in the future, based on improving
operational results.
20. Does Stork offer the choice of
cash dividend or stock dividend?
We do not offer a stock dividend because this would lead to dilution of the
share capital.
